Do you have a family photo album? When I pull ours out and look at the moments frozen in that time and place, I’m taken back to the emotions and feelings they represent. They’re just random photos to anyone else but they’re the stories that make up my life and the generations before and after. I’m reminded of the ways in which God tells His story. (Romans 1:19-20) since what may be known about God is plain to them [us], because God has made it plain to them [us]. For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse. God’s photo album of power, authority, and His nature of mercy and love is visible to all every moment we have breath. In addition to our family photo album, we also have a collection of video which brings our story to life in the same way God’s video [JESUS] demonstrates God’s story. (Colossians 1:15-20) The Son is the image of the invisible God,…For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross. So check out God’s photos today and let Jesus include you in the family album.
